What is Simplex?
Simplex is a type of warp knit fabric construction. Simplex is traditionally created using 100% polyester, however due to its unique structure, the fabric has mechanical stretch in which makes it extremely versatile.

What types of fabric do you offer?
Traditional warp knit polyester Simplex, powernet, satin, tricot, charmeuse, mesh, tulle, stretch fabrics, technical fabrics and Aerocool options .

Where are your fabrics made?
All our fabric is knitted in our Nottingham factory. We are able to dye and finish our fabric in the UK and Sri Lanka.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Dyed Fabric:
Our standard dye lot is 600m, however the minimum order quantity is 200m with surcharge. We are also able to offer a 50-80m sample size for smaller quantities.
Sublimation Prints:
We can offer sublimation prints on any of our popular polyester or polyester/elastane print bases. We can print your own designs or you can select from our extensive range of trend prints which can be viewed in the print gallery. We offer small MOQs. Please contact our sales team to discuss your requirement. -
How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be made via direct transfer to one of our bank accounts in the following currencies: GBP, EUR, USD.

Can you print my own design?
Yes - you would need to send us your design in TIFF format, and ensure that the design is seamless so that it repeats on the fabric.

Can you send me a sample?
Yes absolutely - please give our sales team a call to discuss your requirements and we would be happy to send you a sample hanger of fabric.

Do you have a colour palette?
No - we have our own dye lab here in our factory – we offer a bespoke lab dye service to match a shade for you. We match shades using a physical sample from you, or you can select using ‘Pantone’ shades.

What is your lead time?
For standard fabrics, the lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks from lab dye approval. Special finishes may require an extended lead time, so you would need to account for 2-4 weeks in addition for these.

Can you arrange shipping?
Shipping: Bulk Orders:
The EXW (EX Works) term will be quoted on all orders and will appear on your order confirmation.
When the goods are ready to ship they will be available for collection from our factory. Your forwarder can arrange collection and organise shipping to your desired destination.
